Having a problem with your Anywhere Cart product?

Please use the following troubleshooting hints or give us a call at 888-650-4488.

 

  Timer doesn’t turn on Have you checked your wall outlet for power?
Have you checked the connection between your timer and power cord? (see image below)
  Switch won’t work Have you verified the power cord is attached to the timer and has not loosened? (see image below)
  Device(s) aren’t charging Have you exceeded 1875 Watts at one time? If so, check power strip switches while on ALL ON mode.

Have you verified the AC Adapter to your device is operational by plugging it into a wall outlet?
  Power strip(s) aren’t on Have you exceeded 1875 Watts at one time? If so, check power strip switches while on ALL ON mode.

  Door handle won’t turn Has the door handle been bent, forced open or physically damaged?
  Door won’t open or close Have the upper or lower door pins been bent, forced or physically damaged?
  Key won’t work Has the key been bent or is it physically damaged?
On some models, there are two types of keys that may have shipped with your cart. One type is for the Device area, the other is for the Teacher’s Drawer.
  Wheel is loose Verify the caster plate bolts are tight.
